The Philippine Register of Shipping (PRS), the first and only Filipino classification society, proudly took part as a three-day exhibitor at PhilMarine 2025, held from June 18–20, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center.
During the three-day exhibition, PRS showcased its comprehensive range of technical services, including ship classification, statutory surveys, certification in compliance with international maritime conventions, and marine consultancy. The PRS booth became a valuable meeting point for shipowners, vessel operators, regulatory authorities, and maritime professionals, providing opportunities to connect, exchange insights, and discuss the latest developments in the maritime industry.
The event highlighted the importance of continuous collaboration and innovation in promoting maritime safety and regulatory compliance. Through meaningful discussions with industry stakeholders, PRS shared its expertise on emerging industry trends, regulatory developments, and advancements in vessel safety and operations.
PhilMarine 2025 served as an important platform for PRS to strengthen professional relationships and reaffirm its commitment to enhancing the safety, efficiency, reliability, and environmental performance of vessels operating under the Philippine flag.
PRS extends its heartfelt appreciation to everyone who visited the booth, engaged with the team, and supported PRS throughout the exhibition. The successful participation reflects PRS’s continuing dedication to advancing a safer, more efficient, and sustainable Philippine maritime industry.
